How is my subscription charged?

At the end of each billing cycle, your credit card will be automatically charged based on your selected plan.

Your billing cycle starts the day you first subscribe or upgrade, and renews automatically until you cancel. The card on file is charged for your current plan and seat count at each renewal.

To review or change your plan before your next renewal, go to the Billing tab on your settings page at https://app.getsmartcue.com/settings?tab=billing.

If you need to update your payment method — for example, after a card is declined or expires — you can do so anytime from the same Billing tab, and it will be used for your next charge.
